1.4 We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if we determine that proceeding may pose a health risk or falls outside our professional scope.

2. Appointment Booking and Cancellations

2.1 Appointments can be scheduled online, via telephone, or in person.

2.2 Clients must provide accurate and complete personal and medical information when booking an appointment.

2.3 Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

2.4 Same-day appointments are available subject to availability but cannot be guaranteed.

2.5 Complimentary follow-up appointments are offered within one month of the initial visit if wax remains or concerns arise. These are subject to availability and aim to ensure post-procedure satisfaction.

3. Eligibility for Services

3.1 Our services are available to individuals over the age of 18. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian, who will provide consent on their behalf.

3.2 Clients with medical conditions such as perforated eardrums, recent ear surgery, infections, or other ear-related health issues must seek clearance from a medical professional before scheduling an appointment.

4. Consent and Acknowledgment of Risks

4.1 By using our services, you consent to the earwax removal procedure as determined appropriate by our professionals. This includes the use of microsuction, water irrigation, or other suitable techniques.

4.2 It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical history, including allergies, ear surgeries, or pre-existing conditions, prior to the procedure.

4.3 While our professionals follow strict safety protocols, earwax removal carries inherent risks, including but not limited to ear discomfort, temporary hearing changes, ear canal abrasions, infections, or eardrum perforation.

4.4 By consenting to the procedure, you agree that Wax In Wax Out Ltd, its staff, and affiliated professionals shall not be held liable for any complications, injuries, or adverse outcomes unless caused by negligence.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed in advance.

5.2 Accepted payment methods include cash, debit/credit cards, and other methods as specified on our website or at our facility.

5.3 Refunds are not provided once services have been completed unless deemed appropriate by the company under exceptional circumstances.

6. Liability and Indemnification
